Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. By using the service immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 Abs. 1 Z 11 FAGG (Austrian Consumer Rights Directive Implementation Act).
Payment Terms
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually). Prices may be adjusted with 30 days prior notice.
Contract Duration & Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscriptions have a minimum term of 1 month, annual subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months.
Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
